shovels, and hand saws. Also bring a bag lunch. We will be cleaning up

troop Camp site on the Wyman Rd. It will be a fun time...if you have

would like to do for activities. Getting out there....some of you need
your 5 mile hike and we will be having a group hike out to the campsite
from the youth center. Some of you have talked about bicycling up to
the site and we can do that as well.

the Adult Leaders of K-Valley Scouting. All leaders are invited and

Well that is about it for this month. Keep in mind that next month
(May) will be the Spring Rendezvous. There will be a flyer coming out
very soon from the K-Valley Planning board. It will have tons of good
ideas for going primitive. So make sure to keep that in mind because
April is the time to start planning for this huge event.
Summer camp! Did someone say Summer Camp. We will be attending Camp
Roosevelt again this year and we will be getting some information out
shortly on that. Camp Roosevelt is located on Little Fitts Pond in East
Eddington. So keep your mid July Schedule open. We are
targeting the week of July 13th - July 19th. Lets hope we get that
week. Summer camp is a great way for boys to learn new Scout Skills,
take merit badges, make new friends from other parts of Maine and do
tons of other cool things.
Well that concludes our news update for today...so make sure to tune
in to the same channel real soon for May
information. =o)
Take care all.
Yours in Scouting
Chris
