Hey All, It has been a while since
we have published a news letter. I think the issue number 3 came out
about November of 2008. So it is high time we get on the stick and
update you all on all that is happening here in Troop 433.
First off I would like to officially
welcome the 2009 newest addition to the troop. These are the new
Scouts to Join...or in some cases rejoin the Troop this past year.
Tim crossed over from Pack 410 in Vassalboro.
Jon crossed over from Pack 445 in Winslow. Austin
crossed over from Pack 471 in Fairfield.
Owen and his brother Logan were recruited in the 2009
season. Brandon and John rejoined the Troop after a short time
doing other fun adventures outside of the troop. We love having them
back involved and in the Troop and look forward too many fun
adventures.
Also new to Troop 433 is Jeff Joy joining
us as a new Assistant Scoutmaster. Thanks for your time Jeff.
We love folks like you who volunteer your time to help our youth grow in
Scouting.
I hope all of you take a moment and
check out our calendar as we have a bunch going on for the end of this year
and coming into next. Please keep in mine that if anyone of you has
the time to help out on any of our events we would certainly welcome the
support.

effort.
You all my want to pay attention to
our calendar as it will be changing. We have a very active Green Bar
Council now and they are adding fun events to the calendar all of the
time. As of right now, the calendar is up to date through
April. May and on, more dates may appear as the GBC plans more
events.
We just came out with a new
"Troop 433 News Letter" and are available by request to the
Scoutmaster.
Also I just wanted to take a moment
and congratulate all of the Scouts, leaders and parents of Troop 433 for a
great 2009. Here is a recount of all the stuff we did this past year.
